We know it was imperative for these communities we build to exemplify Sustainable, GREEN- friendly innovative design, and to be a SHOWCASE for LEED ( Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design ) and for our Houston, Harris County region to share in our accomplishments.
We are members of U.S. Green Builders Council, USA-Global Green, and Sustainable Building Industry Council (SBIC), as well as several others; therefore; we have an obligation to put our best feet forward to demonstrate our predictable respect for the environment in which we live and build for ourselves and others. Working with our partners in Engineering, Architects and Construction are also interested in LEED certifications and are dedicated to using the cutting edge technology for Energy efficiency and environmentally friendly innovative designs all play a vital role in meeting the critical LEED credits.
Our projects conserve and preserve our environment through sustainable designs and construction technologies which consist of reducing electricity consumption, power generation and distribution, as well as the use of renewable energy concepts as compared to the construction of traditional homes and commercial buildings. Our own definition of "sustainable architecture" is: "Environmentally-friendly houses and commercial buildings designed and built using sustainable building technologies, materials, and sustainable energy systems, which will not burden future generations with environmental and financial debts."
